I HAVE A QUESTION HOW DO I CONTACT SOMEONE?

We also have an automated no reply email that will send automatic order confirmation emails, please do not respond to this email address, as your message will not be read.

 DOES HOUSE STRONG SPONSOR ATHLETES?

House Strong is currently not looking at acquiring new athletes or sponsorships. Our focus at the moment involves projects, events, and growing our brand and community.

WHEN DO ITEMS RESTOCK?

Restocks on current merchandise as well as new drops will occur periodically. Staying tuned in with our House Strong Instagram page will be the best resource for restocks and new drops. Instagram: @teamhousestrong

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

House Strong's merchandise are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product. Items must be returned in original condition with no sign of use or cosmetic damage. Our resend address is: P.O. Box 6210, Peoria, AZ, 85385

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

I'M UNHAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE, CAN I GET A REFUND?

House Strong accepts the major debit/credit card companies as well as PayPal. We also may sell merchandise in person at events or pop up shops that will accept cash, Cash App, and other app platforms.

House Strong does accept refunds. Your order is eligible for a refund within 14 days of receiving the product. If there is a problem with your item (ripped, etc.) then your refund will be honored. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase and want a refund, but the condition of the product is not the issue, we would require that you send it back to us please. Our resend address is: P.O. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PRODUCTS YET, CAN SOMEONE HELP ME?

Our team processes and ships labels automatically from the shipping info provided by the customer. If you have not received your item, and are wondering why it is taking so long, double check your order information to make sure you entered the correct shipping information. We ship through USPS, and often times, when we receive items back to us, it is because information was left out (apt number), or had a typo in their shipping details. If that is the case, contact us at: shophousestrong@teamhousestrong.com so we can help you troubleshoot problems to receive your items.
